CreaQuest

Designing for reflection & leadership

Founded in 2012, Creatnet Learning and Leadership enables the growth of individuals, teams, and organisations through systemic learning and leadership practices. It has helped 10+ organisations, 70+ entrepreneurs, and 500+ individuals across India to grow and become self driven learners

CreaQuest is the proprietary human centred technology that enables learning as a continuous process of reflection action and silence, and feedback-loops.

Brief

Create a digital practice based on the CNQ (Creatnet Questions) framework that serves as a foundational system for individual coaching, entrepreneurship programs, and core leadership development for teams and managers.

Timeline

Product Strategy

Using the framework of CNQs (Creatnet questions) we firstly defined and understood the multiple contexts of how this framework will be used to enable us to create a system.

Prototyping

Reiterating the system into screens and revisiting personal, group, and organisational objectives to assess their viability. It was our way to see the bigger picture more tangibly.

Multiple rounds of feedback were conducted with new sketches before wireframing began. This became a very quick and effective way to test the theory and feasibility with the management team.

Creating the CNQ practise

I prototyped workflows for the creation of the practice, keeping in mind the multiple contexts of self, team, and organizational learning.

The biggest challenge was making the system program-agnostic, as programs are constantly added and removed. This raised key questions: How do you design for multiple question packets, support specific use cases, and assign different permission levels; while keeping the platform usable and simple, without requiring training for coaches or mentees?

We addressed this through multiple iterations by dividing users into two categories: learners and professional users. The platform was then structured using a permissions role user approach, allowing flexibility while maintaining clarity and ease of use.

Practising the practise

The next phase of the CNQ system focused on how respondents and facilitators interact with reflections, and how individuals, teams, and organisations make sense of collective insights

Research and synthesis revealed the need to bring fragmented data together into a single reflective practice. This led to the introduction of a floating document; a centralised, synthesised view of reflections.

User testing showed strong adoption, as the feature addressed a key gap in documentation by transforming reflections into a curated knowledge base for individuals, teams, and organisations.
